St. Anne Hospital is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Unless you are advised otherwise by the ward you wish to visit, the visiting hours are:

Monday – Friday 6.00 – 7 a.m., 1.00 – 2 p.m., and 4.00 – 5.00 p.m.

Weekends – 6.00 – 7.00 a.m., 12.30 – 2.00 p.m., and 4.30 – 5:30 p.m.

When you arrive, you will be referred to a clinic, based upon your medical needs. The fee depends upon the clinic to which you are referred.

For Inpatients Inpatient billing occurs when the patient or caregiver presents the discharge summary and required documentation.

Outpatient billing occurs at the cashpoint that is located across from Triage.
